The climate book people should be reading in the year when a technology billionaire decided to publish a book on global warming. This book dives into about 5 examples of where climate change is interfacing with modern society and modern science of conservation. Each example builds through a bigger picture problem with even more radical solutions.
This is a great dive into how our technology may be irreversibly harming our planet and the trends we do not know how to predict. I fully intend on re-reading / listening now that I see where the book is going.
Exercise for readers - try and figure out what the title is for before it becomes obvious. I loved learning about the intricate worlds of climate salvaging presented by Kolbert.
